Delivery information

With our standard delivery option you can expect to receive your order within 3-5 days of your order being dispatched.

Standard delivery is FREE on orders over £75.

For orders under £75 delivery will be a flat rate of £3.50.

A no contact collection option is also available from the salon or if you are living locally we can hand deliver to some areas. Please see information below.

If your order is a gift please let us know when you are ordering as we offer a free gift wrapping service. 

We can also arrange for gifts to be delivered throughout the UK but please contact us first before placing an order.



Returns will only be accepted if the item is damaged or there is a fault. Once an investigation has been carried out only then will returns be processed. We will not refund items if when the item is returned there was no damage or fault  found in the testing process. 


What should I do if my item is damaged?

Although we take care to prevent any damage to your goods during transit it is possible that problems may arise. Please accept our apologies if you have received a damaged item.

We ask that you do not refuse delivery, instead accept the goods and contact us immediately. Refusal may actually result in a delay of the parcel being returned.

How do I report a fault with my product?

Please accept our apologies if you believe there is a fault with your item, we take all complaints regarding the quality of our products seriously and we will need to investigate the reported fault in more detail.

In order to do this we ask that you contact us via email or phone. Please provide details of the fault and where possible attach pictures.
